What we don’t charge for

  • Buyer connections beyond your plan. They keep working. If you go over, we move you to the next plan at your next renewal and tell you before we do. Nothing breaks mid-quarter, and we don’t invoice you for a surprise.
  • Punchout sessions. Unlimited on every plan. A buyer browsing your catalog forty times a day costs you nothing extra.
  • Transactions or order value. No percentage, no per-PO fee, ever.
  • Support. Included on every plan.

Frequently asked questions

What counts as a buyer connection?

One buyer organisation that has completed at least one punchout session with you during the billing period. A buyer you’ve configured but who hasn’t punched out doesn’t count.

What happens if I go over my plan’s connections?

The connection works immediately — we never block a new buyer. You’ll see a notice in the portal and get an email, and you’ll move to the next plan at your next renewal. No mid-cycle invoice, no surprise.

Is there a per-transaction fee?

No. Not on any plan, at any volume.

Do you charge per buyer?

No. Starter and Growth include a number of buyer connections; Scale is unlimited. There is no per-connection add-on on any plan.

What’s the setup fee for?

Configuring your catalog sync, registering your first buyer connections, testing the handshake against your buyer’s procurement system, and getting the round trip working end to end. Starter is self-serve with documentation and support, so there’s no fee. On Scale, the setup fee is waived if you pay annually.

Can I cancel?

Monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing period. Annual plans run to term. We’ll export your session and order history in CSV whenever you ask, including after you leave.

Do you support OCI / SAP?

Yes — both protocols, on every plan. cXML 1.2 covers Coupa, SAP Ariba, Jaggaer and Prendio. OCI 5.0 covers SAP SRM and S/4 configurations that use SAP’s own catalog interface. You don’t pay extra for either, and you don’t need to know which one your buyer uses before you sign up — we’ll work it out with them.

How long until we’re live?

The technical setup is the fast part. What sets your timeline is your buyer’s validation queue, which no vendor controls. Tell us which buyer is asking and we’ll tell you what to expect for that specific procurement team rather than quoting you an average.
